They did a crappy job fixing our new 2023 kia sportage. Returned with rust small rust spots all over the hood and small rust spots randomly scattered all over the body. The fender area where they fixed is clearly cracked and wasn’t fixed right. The glue they used to glue the kia emblem on seeped out onto thr paint and all around the kia emblem. They never once test drove our vehicle to see if everything drove fine and it don’t. It shakes. The power lock button don’t work only the unlocked button works. Over spray of paint, not to mention the 3 different shades of white they used to try and fix it. It look shady. Door jam on one side is totally not even right and can look at it and tell. We have reached out numerous times the manager/owner refuses to call or talk to us, they claim the shop will make it right but weeks later and nothing.
